Vivienne’s Story

After completing the Course comprising the SAT treatments, Mindfulness & meditation techniques as well as Pilates, on alternate days I now practice meditation or pilates. It’s just part of my daily routine now. My mental & physical wellness is much improved thanks to Alison & the whole Team of professionals working with her.
